White Home ‘not ruling out foul play’ as North Sea oil tanker mission underway

The White Home hasn’t dismissed the potential of foul play within the collision between the US-flagged MV Stena Immaculate and a cargo ship.

The American ship collided with the Portugese-flagged MV Solong vessel earlier Monday.

No casualties have been confirmed as per MailOnline with 32 folks accounted for and the others nonetheless lacking. A senior official on the White Home has stated foul play “has not been dominated out”, gCaptain reported.

“HM Coastguard is presently coordinating the emergency response to studies of a collision between a tanker and cargo vessel off the coast of East Yorkshire,” an HM Coastguard spokesperson stated.

“The alarm was raised at 9:48 am. A Coastguard Rescue Helicopter from Humberside was referred to as, alongside lifeboats from Skegness, Bridlington, Maplethorpe, and Cleethorpes, an HM Coastguard fixed-wing plane, and close by vessels with fire-fighting functionality. The incident stays ongoing.”

A recording that’s alleged to point the collision, states, “Solong has collided with tanker Stena Immaculate within the outer anchorage. Each vessels are abandoning.”

“Vessels who’ve firefighting tools or who can help with search and rescue [should] contact Humber coastguard on Channel 16. Vessel Stena Immaculate is carrying jet A-1 gasoline which is on fireplace and within the water. Request vessels stay at a protected distance,” the recording added.
