ICE removes ‘international fugitive’ needed in Mexico on rape cost

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) introduced the removing of a “international fugitive” who is needed in Mexico on a rape cost.

Mexican authorities then issued an arrest warrant for Rojas for rape in Might 2013, in keeping with ICE.
