A gunman was killed after photographs had been fired at a Pennsylvania hospital in York County on Saturday morning, a spokesperson mentioned.

“We’ve got obtained confirmed stories of a gunman at UPMC Memorial, and photographs fired,” Manko advised Fox Information.
