Boston has been rocked by an unlikely earthquake – with baffled resident shocked that their homes have been shaking.
In response to the US Geological Survey, a 4.1 magnitude quake hit 13km south east of York Harbor in Maine.
Taking to X, one shocked resident tweeted: “Both we simply received a large sonic increase or we have been hit by a collossal earthquake”
“Did anybody else within the Boston space really feel the bottom shake fairly arduous below their ft? Our home simply shook in a approach I’ve by no means felt earlier than. Questioning if it might’ve been an earthquake,” requested one other.
A 3rd wrote: “Did….I simply sit via an earthquake?? In BOSTON?!”
“Was that an earthquake? The entire home was shaking right here on the North Shore of Boston…,” stated a confused fourth.
