A British nationwide has died after being hit by a car within the president of Kenya’s motorcade.
Kenya’s Nationwide Police Service has launched an investigation into the incident, with native stories suggesting a person was knocked down whereas trying to cross a busy street in Nairobi as President William Ruto’s motorcade handed.
Video footage exhibits the motorcade dashing alongside Ngog Street as bystanders are heard screaming following the incident.
A press release from the Nationwide Police Service mentioned: “Following a street accident that occurred at Adams Arcade alongside Ngong Street involving a authorities car, which resulted within the loss of life of a pedestrian who’s a overseas nationwide, the NPS is now dealing with the matter and investigations have commenced.”
